Lisa Greco, MSW, is an experienced human services leader with an extensive community practice background in programs serving justice-involved youth. Her expertise spans secure detention and residential treatment, diversion, case management, independent living, and system reform. She has led multidisciplinary operations advancing trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral interventions, restorative justice, and adolescent-development practices. Working in public and nonprofit organizational leadership roles, Greco brings competencies in program development, staff training, labor relations, budget management, grant writing, strategic planning and multi-sector coalition building.
