Dior is a Master of Social Work candidate at the University of Michigan School of Social Work, specializing in Program Evaluation and Applied Research. In 2025, she earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan. Her research interests focus on health equity, social determinants of health, and the psychological and physical health experiences of Black and Brown communities. She is committed to using evaluation techniques and research findings to inform equitable interventions for the populations she serves. Dior plans to further her education though entering a PhD program in 2027.
